Members Terms of Service 

By signing up and actively using the Rhino Riches program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Rhino Riches may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Rhino Riches. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Rhino Riches program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change .
 

Relationship of the Parties

You and Rhino Riches are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Rhino Riches. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Rhino Riches. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Rhino Riches program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Rhino Riches will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Rhino Riches program, even if Rhino Riches has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Rhino Riches aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. Rhino Riches is not responsible for any earnings that are in accounts for any such member who has had their account put on hold, deleted or marked as a cheat for breaking any terms of service or rules of this website. 

Spam

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Rhino Riches and may result in legal prosecution. Rhino Riches strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Rhino Riches may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Rhino Riches will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Privacy Policy

At Rhino Riches, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Rhino Riches's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address. This does not include your username or ip address.

Data collection

Rhino Riches collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.

Some of our services require you to register for an account. Rhino Riches asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, e-gold account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.

Fraud

While Rhino Riches does not share your personal information while you are a member. If you are caught cheating or frauding Rhino Riches and your account is terminated by Rhino Riches your information will be shared with other site owners to help prevent fraud. This information can include the following – Internet Protocal address (IP), username, and offers completed. Your information will also be provided to any advertisers at their request if you are found guilt of these actions.   If your account is terminated by Rhino Riches for any reason, publically slandering Rhino Riches can result in legal action for slander and/or proof to be posted publically for all to view. To prevent fraudulent signups and referrals, we do not allow user accounts to be deleted. 

Payments 

Payments are sent around the 5^th of each month for cash outs made the previous month (based on a Net 35 basis) Payments will not be processed for members with incomplete or inaccurate account information. If necessary, payments may require additional time to be processed. All Rhino Riches members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until Rhino Riches receives payment from its advertisers. Before payments are made every account on Rhino Riches is audited to ensure no fraud has taken place. Rhino Riches will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that the offers the member has completed have been validated and paid upon. Rhino Riches reserves the right to make an unstated request for ID verification for any account.  If this request is denied, Rhino Riches reserves the right to terminate your account and member will forfeit all earnings.

Cookies

Upon your first visit to Rhino Riches, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.

We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. Rhino Riches does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.

Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Rhino Riches features or services may not function properly without cookies.

Information sharing

We will not sell, disclose or lease our member’s personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's.

Changes to this Policy

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our News Page. Each version will be noted at the top of the page.
